Full House Movie and Jodie Sweeten Reality Show

Jodie Sweeten or Stephanie Tanner from Full House is all grown up. And boy do we stress on the grown up part. Last spotted at the Bob Saget roast, the actress will have her own reality show with hubby Cody Hurpin. The actress has also admitted to a crystal meth addiction for which she voluntarily entered rehab in 2005 and will be seen in the Full House Movie too.

This makes me wonder about child stars in both Bollywood and Hollywood. Are these youngsters doomed and do they have bleak futures when they grow up? Not many have made it in tinsel town as adults and usually their lives are plagued with off screen drama. Also in Bollywood, it has been documented that child actors especially in the earlier decades have been mistreated to get that perfect shot. So many of them have gone on record saying how they have been hit or slapped to get them crying on screen. However for every Lohan there is always a Katherine Heigel or a Hansika Motwani closer home.
