Upcoming movie Karthik Calling Karthik audio released in Mumbai by Bollywood actor Farhan Akhtar.

Movie is romantic thriller starring Farhan Akhtar and Deepika Padukone, produced by Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani, and directed by Vijay Lalwani.

Movie is scheduled to release on 26 th Febuary 2010

Farhan said after the music release “The music of the film has been done of course by Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy with whom I have always enjoyed working. They are absolute geniuses. Every song of this film is truly outstanding for me.”

“It is a complete album. There are happy songs, there are sad songs, and there is a song that can be played in a nightclub,” he added.

Finally the much fancied couple Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone have split and ended their relationship.

It is rumored  that Ranbir’s co-star in Ajab Prem Ki Ghazab Kahani Katrina Kaif is the reason behind the split.

It is also said that Deepika was increasingly feeling uneasy about the closeness of Ranbir and Katrina.

Deepika  feels that Katrina kaif leaked the news of her infighting with Ranbir. Incidentally, Katrina was also present at the party, where the lovebirds were spotted in bad mood.

This is when Deepika decided to call it off.

Apparently, she told Ranbir to mend his ways since she had given a lot to this relationship.

FICCI FRAMES 09 was hosted at The Hotel Renaissance at Powai in Mumbai   and the prestigious event was inaugurated by Bollywood Actress Deepika Padukone.

As a birthday day gift to sweatheart  Deepika Padukone ,  Ranbir Kapoor has decided to quit  smoking. Deepika couldn’t have expected a better gift and a better beginning going into the year  2009 as she had a quite birthday yesterday.

A source close to Deepika reveals "Deepika didn’t like Ranbir’s smoking habit. As an advance birthday gift, he promised her that he would give up smoking for her.
From January 1 this year, after being a smoker for years, Ranbir has completely quit smoking. Lots of people tried to make him quit but they didn’t succeed. Now he has given it up for Deepika." The actress is proud of the fact that the Kapoor lad has not lighted up in the last five days."

The source continues, "The best thing is that she never nagged him about smoking. She accepted him the way he was but Ranbir realised that she didn’t like his habit, as she was always uncomfortable when he smoked around her. So he made a resolution to quit. It’s a big decision for him and even his mom (Neetu Kapoor) doesn’t know that her son has kicked the butt."

Here the fist look of Billo Barber the upcoming Bollywood film starring Irrfan Khan and Lara Dutta in the lead roles, and Shahrukh Khan for the first time in a supporting role. Produced by Shahrukh Khan himself and directed by Priyadarshan, the film also features Om Puri, Rajpal Yadav and Asrani in supporting roles with guest appearances by actresses Kareena Kapoor, Deepika Padukone and  Priyanka Chopra

Chandni Chowk To China ,  Bollywood film is scheduled  for release on 16th January 2009. It is been directed by Nikhil Advani and stars Akshay Kumar and Deepika Padukone in the main leads, with  Mithun Chakraborty and Hong Kong senior star Gordon Liu also playing key roles. This film is going to be the first Bollywood film to be shot in China.

Chandni Chowk to China is reported to be a  film portraying actor Akshay Kumar’s life.  He himself agreed that about 50% of the film is based on his life.

Deepika Padukone plays a Chinese Woman and an Indian Woman. Chinese superstar Gordon Liu will also make a appearance in his Bollywood debut.

The story is about a chef whose identity is mistaken to be a martial arts expert . Shooting of this film began in January 2008 and includes a schedule in China. Nikhil Advani has said that Deepika Padukone will be playing a double role in the film.

The music is by Shankar, Ehsaan and Loy. The movie also features music by Kailash Kher. The music will release on December 2nd 2008.
