Ghajini the much awaited release of this year is to hit theatres on schedule on December 25, today the Bombay High Court refused to stay its release. The hearing has been adjourned until December 26.

Trouble for the films release begun when the  High Court of Madras stayed its worldwide release on Dec 23rd, after when the producers of the original Tamil film Ghajini objected to the Hindi version.
