Actress Lindsay Lohan has filed a 100-million-dollar lawsuit against E-Trade Financial Corp. She alleged that their advertisement which was aired during the Super Bowl and Olympics was based on her.
She has accused the company of misappropriating her name and personality. The ad was aired during the Superbowl and the Olympics and it features talking babies who refer to “milkaholic Lindsay”.
