Kareena Kapoor and Salman Khan are a married couple in ‘Main Aur Mrs Khanna’, and the interesting twist in the tale is Kareena Kapoor has an extramarital affair with Sohail Khan.

Sources say that Salman Khan will make a guest appearance, while Kareena and Sohail are the leading stars in the film

Says Kareena Kapoor: "Our new film ‘Main Aur Mrs Khanna’ is an intensely romantic film. I don’t think Salman has done a pure love story like this before. Neither have I. Sohail is also in the film."

Delhi 6 is   Set amidst the backdrop of old Delhi (its pin code being 110006, hence the name ‘Delhi 6′), the movie has Abhishek Bachchan and Sonam Kapoor in the lead roles. ‘Delhi 6′ revolves  around Roshan (Abhishek), an Indian-American guy and his ‘quick trip’ to India. Roshan goes to India to fulfill the wish of his ailing grandmother, that of taking her last breath in her own country. This visit, which is coincidently also his first one, turns out to be the most enterprising one he has ever made. Instead of being a ‘quick trip’, his visit to India becomes a journey, enabling him to know much more about his inner self, something which he was inadvertently unaware of. The movie also throws light on the multi-faceted people existing in India.

Sony Tv’s serials ‘Jassi’ Mona Singh, is all set to make her silver screen debut with Aamir Khan in the upcoming movie 3 Idiots, she says "Aamir is so good. It’s not even funny. He makes me so nervous. In fact, the thought of working with any of the big stars like Amitabh Bachchan, Aamir and Shah Rukh Khan makes me very nervous. But for now, I am excited,"

In the film 3 Idiots Mona singh plays Kareena Kapoor’s sister  which is based on Chetan Bhagat’s  novel 5 Point Someone and is been directed by Rajkumar Hirani,

"I play a very bubbly character in the film and my look is very different from what I look right now. My role is really good and I have a major part in the climax of the film," said Mona.

She became  popular for her the role of ugly  Jassi in Sony TV’s  serial Jassi Jaissi Koi Nahin. Her true look  was kept under secrecy in the majority of the show.

Aamir Khan’s direced film  ‘Taare Zameen Par  and Neeraj Pandey’s much acclaimed ‘A Wednesday’ bagged most of the honours. at the V Shantaram Awards,

TZP won the   V Shantaram Gold Award for the Best film and  ‘a Wednesday’ won the silver award, while  marathi film ‘Tingya’  won Bronze award in the Best Film category.

It was double whammy for director Neeraj Pandey who won the Best Director Gold award and also the Best Debut Director award.

The Silver Best director award was won by Aamir Khan for ‘Taare Zameen Par’ and  Ashutosh Gowariker won the Best Director Bronze award for  ‘Jodhaa Akbar’.

The awards are given in fond memory of filmmaker late V Shantaram.

Delhi-6 is a next coming Bollywood film  directed by Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra starring Abhishek Bachchan , Sonam Kapoor, Om Puri, Atul Kulkarni, and Divya Dutta.

Delhi-6 is reported to be based on Mehra’s growing up years in Chandni Chowk area of Old Delhi. The film will be Mehra’s third directorial venture after the immensely successful Rang De Basanti, which had been selected as India’s official entry to the Oscars . The 60 secs promo has been launched .

Chandni Chowk To China ,  Bollywood film is scheduled  for release on 16th January 2009. It is been directed by Nikhil Advani and stars Akshay Kumar and Deepika Padukone in the main leads, with  Mithun Chakraborty and Hong Kong senior star Gordon Liu also playing key roles. This film is going to be the first Bollywood film to be shot in China.

Chandni Chowk to China is reported to be a  film portraying actor Akshay Kumar’s life.  He himself agreed that about 50% of the film is based on his life.

Deepika Padukone plays a Chinese Woman and an Indian Woman. Chinese superstar Gordon Liu will also make a appearance in his Bollywood debut.

The story is about a chef whose identity is mistaken to be a martial arts expert . Shooting of this film began in January 2008 and includes a schedule in China. Nikhil Advani has said that Deepika Padukone will be playing a double role in the film.

The music is by Shankar, Ehsaan and Loy. The movie also features music by Kailash Kher. The music will release on December 2nd 2008.
