Sonam Kapoor  the daughter of Bollywood Actor Anil Kapoor and Sunita Kapoor and is also the niece of producer Boney Kapoor, actor Sanjay Kapoor and Sandeep Marwah., Before starting her bollywood career  as an actress, Sona has worked as an asst under Sanjay Leela Bhansali, assisted him in the making of his film, Black in 2005, She made her debut with Ranbir Kapoor in Sanjays Saawariya in 2007, which bombed at the box office  . She has completed filming for Rakeysh  Mehras Delhi 6, which releases on Feb 20-09.
